MHA (Mental Health Association)

Our Mission

The mission of the Mental Health Association (MHA) in Beaver County is to promote the importance of mental health by providing advocacy, support, and socialization programs, making a positive impact in the lives of those who strive for improvement in their recovery and quality of life, and by working diligently to change attitudes toward mental illness through education.

Our Vision

The Mental Health Association in Beaver County will be the foremost agency to promote recovery for persons and families with mental health and substance abuse issues by providing advocacy, support services, and education.

C/FST (Consumer and Family Satisfaction Team)

Mission Statement

The Beaver County Consumer Family Satisfaction Team’s mission is to gauge consumer satisfaction and to report its findings to the Beaver County Behavior Health Office for the use in planning, implementing and improving behavioral health services in the county.

Goals of C/FST

  • Provide consumers with a way to express their satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the services they receive.
  • Empower consumers to develop comfort and confidence with expressing their opinions.
  • Determine whether consumers’ behavioral health needs are being met through the information provided by the Consumer Family Satisfaction Team.
  • Encourage consumers and providers to develop respect for each other.
