CONSUMER/FAMILY SATISFACTION TEAM (C/FST) OF BEAVER COUNTY
The C/FST of Beaver County is an independent agency that reports the level of satisfaction of consumers who use behavioral health services in Beaver County. Consumer treatment and provider choices, along with consumer input into decision making are of utmost importance. The C/FST’s objective is to gauge satisfaction/dissatisfaction and to work with the Beaver County Behavioral Health Office to consider the data in the development/improvement of behavioral health services. The individual survey results are combined into a report that is forwarded to the Beaver County Behavioral Health Office and the appropriate provider.
