BC Thrive Training Series: Laying the Foundation for Early Mental Health: Understanding Early Neurodevelopment

Mental health is formed in our earliest days, even before birth. This series will introduce how secure attachment relates to the parent-child or caregiver child bond and what you can do to best support children and families in the role that you serve.
Recognizing that trauma and stress have a significant affect on the young brain, this series will also explore neurodevelopment and how these positive and negative experiences shape the brain.

Speaker: Erin Troup, LPC, NCC, CT, IMH-E IV®, Sprout Center
